Invalid Schema/DTD file

I tried to open an xml file that was created with dtd 40051C_6_3. I am using Arbortext Editor 8.2. When I select I DTD, I get a message that says Arbortext Editor is unable to load the document type due to errors parsing the DTD. I am fairly new to setting up Arbortext Editor and am completely lost. Can anyone help?
