Is there anyway to convert XLS-FO doc to PDF from command line?

As per this thread, similar issue:

 

This is an old question, but I am looking to do the same thing for batch publishing and testing my XSL-FO. If the OP has a way to do this, or anybody else knows a way to convert XSL-FO to PDF from the command line, their advice would be much appreciated.

Officially the FO option within Arbortext is no longer supported so it's a "use at your own risk feature" and will be superseded by a new ALD library based FO pagination option, we hear might be released in Q4-22+ (TBC).

Within editor you can create custom scripts to run external programs which could include FOP or for more feature rich flexibility I would suggest you also look at Antenna House Formatter, or of course wait until the new Arbortext FO option is released!
