IsoDraw 7.1 Dual Monitors

I am running IsoDraw 7.1 and have dual monitors. I have noticed that if I move my "layer window" to my second monitor I can not reorder the layers. I have to move the window back into the drawing space to reorder layers. I can do everything else I just can't reorder the layers. Is there a fix for this? I am running 7.1 F000 Thank You Keith Howard -
