IsoDraw 7.4.1.0 slow to re focus

Anyone else having issues with Isodraw 7.4.1.0 slow to refocus in windows 10? We open it and use the program. then come back to it. We get the blue spinning wheel and its takes around 25 sec for it be active. Does not happen all the time but its quite frequent, our authors are getting quite frustrated.
