Has M60 been relaesed and if so where can I find the relaese notes, trying to find anything on the PTC site is like looking for a needle in a hay stack

    Yep, 7.1 M060 has already been released. Quite a while ago - in February. You can always check actual and planned release dates on the PTC Product Calendar page.
