IsoView 7.3 not loading graphics in Arbortext 7, but okay on IE

Hey all,

I am stumped. Some users are unable to load graphics in their S1000D data modules, yet when they open IE and look at them, it works. I already did a complete uninstall (removing programdata, appdata, etc) and reinstall, and that fixed it.. for a day. Again, it fails to load in Arbortext.  Any ideas for me to check to see why its not working in Arbortext?

Is there a license or anything I need to look at? I compared a working machine to his, and I did notice a few missing files:

1. c:\Program Files (x86)\PTC\PTC Arbortext IsoView 7.3\IsoViewX73_x64.ocx
2. …\isod-info.pdf
3. IsoEngine73.exe was smaller in size.

Products installed:

• PTC Arbortext IsoView 7.3.50
• PTC Arbortext 7.0 M040 (64-bit)
• PTC Creo View Express 3.0
