MIL-STD-40051-1B/-2B version 5 DTD

In Jan 2014 LOGSA issued an updated DTD to support authoring of Army TMs
using MIL-STD-40051-1B or MIL-STD-40051-2B.

I downloaded this DTD the other day and it does not parse. Has anyone else
encountered this?

I have parsed the LOGSA DTD with Oxygen 13.2 and 15.0, Turbo XML 2.4.1, XML
Spy 2011 and 2014 (64 bit), and Epic 5.4 and 6.1. I get slightly different
errors with each, but all in all the DTD does not seem to be valid.

    I am running the 2B DTD/Stylesheet packet, with Arbortext Editor 6.0, using
    LOGSA's production.dtd (with the production.fos file you so graciously
    tweaked for me).



    Due to the DTD changes, I had to tweak the initial draft XML TM file that I
    was using (some tags and req'd attributes had changed), but after that,
    seems to be working ok for me.



    I'm not having any real probs, able to PDF using print composer.



    Is this not the fileset that you are asking about, or did I miss something?
    (i.e. were you saying that they issued something that could run EITHER 1B or
    2B?)

    Maybe they hired CGI Federal to write it.
