Liz Fraley recommended it to me, so I am watching the Data Merge video you did with the PTCuser group back in April of 2010. The content seems great, but the video is super tiny (full size screenshot below), so I can't read your slides. Do you have a larger size of the video? If not, would you be willing to send me a copy of the slides you used so I can see what you're talking about?
