Not able to checkin XML manual after inserting the image with Arbortext Editor 6.0 M010

Hi Experts,

We are facing check in issue after inserting the image in XML manual.

1) Checked out the document from Repository.

2) Inserted the new image with graphic insertion option, accepted the change and saved the document in XML manual.

3) Trying to check in the XML manual back to repository. But check in operation is causing issue " Could not set the file "E:\XXX\XXX\XX" as the content for the document abcd.jpg. : Cannot access the file "E:\XXX\XXX\XX" due to operating system error.

Have to admit we're not using the integration yet, but this looks like something we've seen. From the error it appears the path to the file has been specified using a mapped network letter. My guess is that the image tag either should have just the graphic name, or a relative path.

Hi Trevor,

Thanks for the update.

Tried with graphic name and provided relative path of the graphic/image name. But still facing same issue.

If possible provide any alternative solution/work around to solve this issue.
