one server, one vendor, different licenses

We have been trying to install Arbortext S1000D, Publishing Engine, Content Manager, and Editor all on the same server. We have a Virtual Machine setup to host all of these applications, but we are running into the issue of the FlexLM not reading the licenses for Editor or Publishing Engine. Now the licensing info look completely different for S1000D than it does for Editor or Publishing Engine. Can anyone give some advice as to what we need to do?

Hi,

Please open a support case. the S1000D product is licensed with FlexLM where PE and Editor are licensed with the PTC License Package for FlexLM. Tech Support can assist you in getting the license servers running in conjunction.
