Optimal jt file settings

When requesting a jt file from a client for import to isodraw, what export settings should be requested for an optimal 2d conversion when using isodraw?

For instance, we had two jt of files of the same assembly. One had a superior result when converting the drawing to 2d. The other had a lot of missing detail. I am assuming it has to do with the export compression setting/options when the jt file is being created/exported.

I need to know if there are certain settings that I can request.
