PDF File Size Increased after Upgrading to 6.0

I have just upgraded to Arbortext 6.0 M010. When publishing a PDF file I have notice that my what was once a 6 mb file has increased to a 30 mb file.

We publish using distiller not PE Server or the Direct to PDF built in method.

Anyone elsehad this problem?
