pdf is shattered (ALD 12.3.1.0)

Good Morning, 

I am using PTC Arbortext Layout Developer 12.3.1.0.

There is a strange problem in the pdf created via pdf output within ALD.

The text of a paragraph, of a line and of a word too is split into pieces. Therefore it is not possible to select and to comment words or characters precisely any more, within Adobe Acrobat.

 Other pdf-viewers, like XChange (Tracker), are just fine.

 The pdf from the datecode before, 12.3.0, was shown properly in Acrobat.

 Any suggestions?

 Besides recommending non-Adobe-software to my customers?

Dear Catalina,

thank you for stepping in.

I will wait for help or suggestions.

 

The fragments are not transfered into the simple and plain text of tags within tagged pdf.

Therefore it should be partly the touchy (hyper-)sensibility of Adobe Acrobat.

Some of our customers are between giving feedback and making complaints, as they are struggling with commenting exactly down to the iota.

This is out of my hands, besides using the older datecode.
