PDF with hotspots

Hey everyone,

Can someone please answer my question.

I'm working on a .sgm file containing illustrations with hotspots (URI). When I publish my technical publication, I find that the hotspots are not activated. The hotspots are an APE issue. 

FYI, we used ISODRAW to create the illustrations (.cgm)
