PNG graphics in Arbortext preview - gray backgrounds?

Hi,

We are seeing a gray background behind some of the PNG graphics when we Preview a topic. Does anyone know what is causing this?

7/23/12 Update, but no solution.

If we save the PNG graphics without transparency, the gray background disappears.

With transparency, the gray shows up. Does this trigger any ideas?

We would hope that "transparent background" means just that. How odd to have a background show up when it is supposed to be invisible.
