OASIS DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) has become one of the most commonly used documentation standard. But more than a document specification, DITA is an “Architecture” (the “A” in the acronym) and a methodology for defining how information shall be structured and managed.  This introductory session will describe the concepts behind DITA and its impact on the publishing process.
