Print Composer not working in Epic 5.3 on Vista

After installing Epic 5.3 on my laptop I am having problems getting Print Composer to work properly.

Having installed, and when I attempt to File> Print Preview, the whole application hangs.

Anyone else have this problem ?

I am running with Vista.

    Andy,

    Are you using the client-side print composer or the sewer-side (some call it server side)?

    Did you install the 5.3m040 maintenance level (minimum requirement for Windows Vista)?

    Does the laptop have enough resources (enough memory, fast enough, screen resolution high enough)?

    Is the laptop video certified for Vista (which requires MUCH more video memory than XP and takes memory from main memory if not available on the video card).
