Problem installing AE 5.4 patch M040 on Windows 7

Before I open a call with PTC, just wondering if anyone has had an installation of Arbortext Editor 5.4 (M040) fail with this error message:

Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component
{98CB24AD-52FB-DB5F-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}.
HRESULT: 0x80070BC9.

Or, any idea what it's trying to tell me?
