Problems Embedding Video Player

I can export a reference topic as HTML that contains an embedded video from a video hosting site called Brightcove. The player shows up when I open the HTM file in Internet Explorer but does not open in Google Chrome.

Has anyone else had an embedded object only display in Internet Explorer and not Google Chrome? Would love to figure out how to get the player to display in Google Chrome.

This is actually a Brightcove issue. You'll want to contact their support.

We utilize Brightcove as well and it sounds like your tagging is off in such a way that it's throwing off Chrome. You might be able to look at Brightcove's development guide to see what the correct tag structure is.
