PTC Arboartext Layout Developer Application Error: BAD PRINTER TYPE when trying to print to PDF

Good afternoon, I have an Arbortext Layout Developer12.1.0.1   user that is having an error: BAD PRINTER TYPE when trying to print as a PDF file.  What needs to be done to resolve the issue?BadPrinterType.jpg

Please check the sargs.3ad and sargsw.3ad for the printer command line - it may be that the default printer has changed on your computer.

To specifically set it for PDF on your machine add the following to sargsw.3ad

-p:PDF
