Publish for web Graphics help

Good afternoon when you publish for web how do get the cgms to show for all users. Only our users with IsoDraw can see the CGMS. I guess another question is should we be using cgms or svgs. It seemed with svgs that you loose the ability to zoom and pan on the image.

You can also use Arbortext IsoView (as a plugin for Internet Explorer browser) or Creo View Express to view CGM file format: https://www.ptc.com/en/products/plm/plm-products/creo-view/extension-express
