Dear Customer,

Have you made any changes to this ACL? Did you customise this?

Thank you Manpreet and bfriesen,

we have not modified any ACL. Per PTC support ticket https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS410678?source=search

I have test version of Editor 8.3.1. Ran thorough the same manual, I got signal 22 error.

Hello Mohit,

Did you also face the same error (along with what you mentioned above) mentioned in that article?

Manpreet Singh

Hello,

We have seen very similar behavior, specifically working on large documents. The issues started specifically with the upgrade to Editor 8.0 and have persisted ever since.

We have also encountered this when publishing individual chapters, depending on their size, and we work with some very large documents. Our only workaround has been to use queued transactions. We’re unalbe publish the full manuals affected by this issue (even using queues), but we are able to use queued transactions for the larger chapters which also fail, and then publish the others individually using our standard methods.

Will you update here if you do get an answer?
