Publishing WTDocument in Inservice (arbortext content delivery)

Hi All,
need advise and help. We are trying publish WTdocument in Inservice. Currently we are creating documents as Documents and dynamic documents (dynamic documents using SIM). We are in process of publishing dynamic documents in Inservice now called arbortext content delivery.
We also want to publish WTdocuments. we tried couple of examples by adding WTDocuments (Word documents )in Information structure and tried to publish it into the Inservice.
following are the results:
If WTdocuments have pdf has primary content then it get published Inservice as pdf.
If WTdocuments have Word file has primary content then it no pdf is published Inservice. We see empty and there is no error message also.
Please can advise on this.
