Selecting a note type is causing Arbortext to shut down

Anyone else have this problem and find a solution?

I can't tell, but it looks like someone at your site has done some ACL programming so you get that dialog in the body of Editor. Is that the case? Do you have tools people who have customized the UI you're using?
