Startup problem with AE
Adepters:
Starting Monday, several of our users are reporting a problem wherein Arbortext Editor won't start. A Windows message pops up that "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." At this point the user has to do a repair install.
These users are probably all XP users and we're all on AE 5.4 patch M050. The culprit seems to be an automatic Windows update, although I can't prove. Just wondering if anyone else on the list has had this problem?
