Taking the Chapter heading out of a template in Arbortext?

Fairly new to Arbortext and I have a template. I would like to make a simple one page document without chapters or a chapter heading or a TOC. ?? Suggestions? Snip jpeg attached.

    Put all your content inside one <chapter> element and leave the <title> of that chapter blank?
