Unexpected HTTP status code response from server Code: 408

Hi

I am getting this CMS Diagnostic when i am trying to connect to Windchill.

Has any one know why this happens?

How are you attempting to connect to Windchill?

Are you using http or https? If so, what browser are you using?

Hi Tim,

We are trying to access via Arbortext Editor, using Object - Connect.

When we access via IE, FireFox and Chrome, it works fine.

I had a group training, with about 4 people. From the 4, 2 people where getting this error.

The siteprefs.xml is stored in a central location and all Arbortext Editors references that location. In the siteprefs, the URL referenced is HTTP
