Upgrading Arbortext Editor

Does anyone know an efficient way of upgrading and purchasing Arbortext Editor. The last time I ordered 1 copy of Arbortext Editor it took 3 months to process the order. I searched and navigated the website and can only find a telephone number.

You would think there would be an online shop where you can just buy the software, right? Sadly not. I think you need to purchase all PTC products via a reseller or by calling an inside sales rep at PTC.

If you pick a good reseller that knows the processes it shouldn't take 3 months but might take 3-10 business days.

Thanks! Looks like there is only 1 reseller for Arbortext Editor and they are in Norway, Denmark and Sweden! All the software I have bought at least in the last 8 years has been on-line, except for Arbortext 5 years ago. Very .

There are other resellers, for example our company GPSL operates in Europe, US and Australia/NZ. You should find a reseller you are happy to work with as the pricing will be pretty much the same across all resellers.

The reseller's page lists all the partners who are allowed to sell Arbortext, but there's a list of qualified Arbortext partners who know the product on Squidoo: http://www.squidoo.com/arbortext
