Warnings reported on existing document after upgrade to Editor 8.3.1.0

I have searched through our files for an entity "uniform" and cannot find any reference.  Appreciate some troubleshooting help here.

Also check, if the fosi file has the same folder hierarchy in the upgraded one compared to pre-upgraded folder directory.
