Will .NET COM object work with ACL

We have a VB6 COM DLL that contains a dialog that we currently call from editor 5.2 & 6.0 using ACL. We want to convert the VB6 code to a .NET 3.5 COM object. Will the ACL code continue to work with this converted DLL?
