Auto Logout does not work anymore at codebeamer

Normally codebeamer should logout inactive user automatically, so no floating licenses where blocked.

This isn´t working at our instance anymore. Some users are blocking licenses without any activity over more than a day, see screenshot.

Does someone else has this issue? What could be the problem here?

Auto logout see:

Hi @FB_10818990 ,

You attached a picture of the 'System Admin /Users Accounts Logged in' page. The information listed in the 'Last Accessed Date' is the content of the 'Last Login' on the User's personal details page.

If you are using LDAP authentication, this value might be incorrect, as the Last Login is not updated during an LDAP login.

You can use the Logins Tab on the System Admin/Audit page, where you can filter for user accounts, date range and event types to check if the users did log out or were automatically logged out since the since the 'Last Accessed Date'.
