Codebeamer Jira field Mapping

Hi,

 

I have synchronized Jira with Codebeamer and have mapped some relevant from Jira to Codebeamer. But I am facing issue with two fields, Assignee and Reporter field. While mapping I can't see the option to map  Assignee field of Jira to Assigned to  field of Codebeamer.

 

Anyone has any suggestions on the following above scenario, please let me know.

If you have administrator rights on both Codebeamer tracker and Jira project, you should be able to modify those settings. If you have the necessary access and are still unable to modify them, I suggest to open a support case, to investigate the issue: eSupport | PTC

Hi @AarushiS ,

 

Could you check if you have the corresponding custom fields active in your Jira project, when you create a new Jira issue?

Hi @cristina.b, I just created an Issue in Jira of Task type and could see Assignee field has 'Unassigned' value and Reporter field has 'Aarushi Saraswat' as me who as reported the issue.

In the tracker's Jira synchronization settings, are the Users and Groups options selected?
