Codebeamer License Configuration and Admin User

1. The administrator would use one of the Advanced licenses.
2. Recommended License Configuration: because you purchased a combination of Advanced and Collaboration licenses, user configuration is determined by the required scope of work:
   1. System Administrators & Power Users: These accounts require a Codebeamer Advanced license. A full Advanced seat is necessary to access system administration tabs, manage global configurations, alter schemas, and handle license allocations.
   2. Standard Project Users (Engineers, Managers, QA): These accounts typically require a Codebeamer Advanced license if they are executing full ALM workflows (e.g., editing requirements, executing tests, creating trackers, or modifying items).
   3. Reviewers, Stakeholders, & Read-Only Collaborators: These accounts should be assigned a Codebeamer Collaboration license. This license is specifically designed for users who only need to read data, participate in workflow reviews, comment, or approve items without full editing power over the primary ALM configuration.
