Configuration Required to Restrict Codebeamer Access to Office Systems/Network

We are using Codebeamer SaaS for our organization and would like to restrict Codebeamer access to authorized company systems only. 

provide the recommended configuration and settings for achieving this requirement in our Codebeamer SaaS environment?
