Configure GitLab Webhook

Hello,

I would like to connect from an existing GitLab repository to Codebeamer on AWS EC2, by following the user guide below.
https://support.ptc.com/help/codebeamer/r3.0/en/index.html#page/codebeamer/user_guide/3826291.html

However, the following error appears on the GitLab screen. Does this mean I need to register the SCM repository on the Codebeamer project page, before trying to connect the webhook?

Hook executed successfully but returned HTTP 401 {“message”:“Not authenticated”,‘resourceUri’:“/cb/rest/scm/gitlab/14/”}

However, according to the following archive,
it can be read that GitLab only supports connection via webhooks from GitLab to CodeBeamer, in my understanding.
https://community.ptc.com/codebeamer-445/linking-an-existing-git-repo-not-working-due-to-ssl-problem-159752?tid=159752&fid=445

My version: codebeamer 3.0

best regards,
