Hello,

when copy and paste image from New Outlook client it is saved as image reference URL instead of pure image.

Copy from other applications work fine.

Is there any setting to fix it?

thank you

Hello Catalina,

I got info from support directly in meantime:

This is a known issue, but not with the Codebeamer application. Please allow me to explain.
What’s happening is that when you see a link being inserted, then that is what the source application sent.
The clipboard will contain whatever has been inserted there by the source application. We have physically checked
on several occasions with various applications set as source.
We have discussed this issue internally and finally the decision was: leave in-tact what is being
sent by the source application.

If it’s a binary image: insert the image, when it’s a link, insert the link.

Hope this helps to better understand the issue.
