I have tried from the help center page but still facing issues. Help me out on this one.

Hello.

Well, CB is a web based application and has - per definition - no access to any local resources. It's forbidden by policy and security. Only the user itself is allowed to interact with the tool and download / upload data on request, but manually only.

Again, your request is against any security definition!
