HTTP 404 error

After installing CB 3 on Ubuntu 21 I am getting the following message when starting the CB server:

INFO: Initializing ProtocolHandler ["http-nio-8080"]

SEVERE: Failed to initialize component [Connector["http-nio-8080"]]
org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Protocol handler initialization failed
at org.apache.catalina.connector.Connector.initInternal(Connector.java:1048)
at org.apache.catalina.util.LifecycleBase.init(LifecycleBase.java:122)
at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardService.initInternal(StandardService.java:525)

 

 

When launching code beamer through the internet browser I am getting Not Found 404 error.

 

Any help is welcome
