This is a forum for users of Creo. There is/are specific forums intended for discussion of Codebeamer where one is far more likely to get answers about the software.

As for upgrades and such, best bet is to log into your support account and look through the software download links on the PTC Support site. Next best bet is to contact the “Value Added Reseller (VAR)” that sold you the software. They deal with such things all the time.
