OSLC Integration with Cameo

I want Integration with Cameo to Codebeamer . By using OSLC Service or OSLC API provide me steps how do. And where can found OAuth information in codebeamer

I explored Cameo having feature called datahub explorer in we have Rootservice url and OAuth consume key and secret key.

I try to find Codebeamer Root service URL I Couldn't found Instead of Root service Url i tried with Catalog  url it was not working.
