Restoring postgreSQL and codebeamer with detailed steps

Hello all,

Hope everyone doing well!

 

I am totally new to the topic of taking backups and restoring them in new server or the same server. Well, we have all the required information available in PTC help center it's little confusing to follow everything. So, if anyone have steps to do it will be a great help.
