Tracker Item Properties

Hello,

Is it possible to create two items of the same tracker that have different properties?

 

Example
Tracker Tracker1 that has two Tracker Items: Item1 and Item 2.
Item1 has different properties from item2.

 

I have attached an image to explain better.

the only way I can think about if you prepare your tracker fields Hide if options depending on the value of a given field.
