User creation for license during installation

I am using Codebeamer Release 3.3 and Datecode3.3.0.0 I'm installing Codebeamer on a virtual machine and I'm having trouble with the license: in the wizard I'm asked to create a new account at https://codebeamer.com/cb - which does not work because the only thing I can do here is log in. So I tried to use my ptc partner user and it does not work either. Has anyone had issues like this? Thank you!
