I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.2.0Hello,We are encountering a problem when creating the .bom file. The .bom file is created, but it is limited to 2-3 characters, whereas we need more characters in this .bom file. We would like to avoid having to modify it manually each time, but rather have it allow more basic characters. Is there a configuration that allows us to do this?Thank you in advance,Best regards,

How can we get last test results in test case via api or compute fields？

Hi Team,I tried adding a block border. It results in a border around the block, which is fine if the image is block-sized, however, if the image is scaled down, the border shows up on the entire block instead of the image. I understand that the 'block border' option will always do that. I wonder how we can achieve this without block border.I tried looking online and couldn't find anything, either no one uses borders and hence no questions are being asked (unlikely) or it's so simple that no one needs to. Thanks for reading. Help me if you know what I can do to fix this.

We have been seeing a new icon in the upper right corner of Creo 10.0.7.0 at different times.  Never seen it before.  Nothing in session this time.

Hello,I am trying to create a custom Word template to use when exporting completed test runs out of my Test Runs tracker using the "Export to Office" functionality in Codebeamer 3.1. I have a couple additional custom fields in my Test Steps in both my Test Cases and Test Runs trackers. I can access most of the Test Step information using expressions like: «item.testCaseRuns.testStepResults.col4»However, if I try to use the column number associated with my custom fields located in the Test Step Results table in my Test Runs tracker, it fails and defaults to the author rather than the content in my custom field. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am trying to install Creo PTC and have come to the part where is ask for the node locked license genration, which i have, however when i type or paste the sales order its giving me an error saying invalid product code.  any idea why this might be, also to add i have the student version

I want to make use of the 30 days trial. After installation the license wizard requires the product code. Where can I find that?

Hi Community,  I am using Thingworx 9.7.1 version and I have this Show/Hide Log error reproducing on page load which I am not able to debug which says  "An error occurred which accessing property NoBindingIcon and NoBindingText". PFA the screenshots attached for reference.  I am using a master mashup with side panel with a grid, upon row selection it loads a collection of cards.Can anyone tell me why this error is appearing?  Let me know if any further details are required.

I am using a Line Chart widget in ThingWorx Mashup to display time-series data. I would like to add a trend line (for example: linear trend / moving average) on top of the existing line chart to show the overall trend of the data. Is there any built-in option in ThingWorx Line Chart to enable a trend line?If not, what is the recommended approach to implement a trend line?

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: I want to be able to only allow a transition from state A to state B in my life cycle if the object using the life cycle has not been set to "Released" before.Description: Has anybody got thoughts on the best way to approach this? I was thinking about introducing some custom JavaScript on the server to identify an attribute that would allow the code to detect if the object had previously been released before either permitting the transition or throwing an exception. Or, introducing code into the workflow. 

Hello!. Please, help with the following issue: I have defined two matrices and use them in equation where they are being multiplied. By some reason I get only one value instead of an array. If I define the one matrix ("k") as a variable, then the computation goes on, as it should, and I get an array. What I am doing wrong? 

I have a copy of Mathcad 14 (with the original disk and receipts).  My computer died and I had to move it to a new computer.  During the install, it goes to log into PTC to get the license (after entering the product code), but returns errors saying I don't have permission.  I've got the license file from the old computer, but since it is tied to that computer, it doesn't work on the new one.  I've gotten no response from PTC when asking for help. FWIW, it's on a brand new Win 11 computer.

I am using Arbortext 8.3.  Here is the simple function in question:replace("ʼ", "’", 0x2000);The user has a file that contains a mix of apostrophes.  We want a consistent character used.  The first apostrophe is the U+02BC : MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE {apostrophe} and the second (the desired one) is U+2019 : RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK {single comma quotation mark.Using the following text, the last apostrophe is the one we want swapped.la Loi sur les traitements, aux ministres d’État qui sont à la tête d’un département dʼÉtatUsing the replace function above, if I run from the command line in Arbortext Editor it works perfectly. However, when I save that one line of code, as its own ApostropheSwap.acl file, and do a "source ApostropheSwap.acl", it does not find a match.  I have tried saving the .acl file as UTF-8 and ANSI, and both get the same result. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Kepware version: Thingworx kepware Server v6.16.217.0We are having Fanuc Series 31i  Model CNC machines.We have Fanuc driver specific libraries for communication.Issue: We would like to communicate with 31i model but the driver is not listing the 31i model.Any work around or I am missing something?

It would be very useful if Mathcad supported a column-based or region-based document layout for engineering calculation sheets. In traditional calcpads or formal calculation reports, calculations are often arranged into clear vertical sections, for example: "Reference / Code clauses / Assumptions""Calculations""Results / Output"At the moment, Mathcad provides a single continuous canvas with free placement of text and math regions. I've seen the presentations for the last PTC/User conference and what is online. AI is making its way into search, requirements management, service and parts classification. Any place else? Also, does anyone have an idea when some of this will be productized (what version)? I understand initially, the projects were closed betas. Will all of this necessitate cloud usage or Windchill+?

I recently has some symbols in drawings change. Some are missing. Then I noticed that the Dimension Text Symbol Pallet has changed. It seems a little thing but the ability to complete sketch entitiies and return to the select tool, to complete features, to activate the OK button on most pop up windows, etc. all using the middle mouse button is a massive advantage in efficient workflow and productivity - use Solidworks for a bit and you notice the increased mouse travel.   Completing a sketch though is a significant ommision from the list - you still have to directly pick the pick the green tick.   If the middle mouse button also completed a sketch this would complete the set beautifully!

Hi, I created a file in Mathcad Prime 8.0 and I'm sharing with my client who is using Mathcad Prime 7.0. But he's unable to open due to compatibility.Can anyone help me out please on how to create a file that can be opened in Mathcad Prime 7.0 as well.
