NODE LOCKED LICENSE GENERATION ERROR

I am trying to install Creo PTC and have come to the part where is ask for the node locked license genration, which i have, however when i type or paste the sales order its giving me an error saying invalid product code. 

any idea why this might be, also to add i have the student version
