@PeterCase  While trying to read one of the articles sent by support (in my case, once a day), I came across this one which, as stated in the title of this discussion, is not visible to customers.   https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS452584   I wonder if there is a way to intercept these types of articles and prevent them from being included in the email with the subject line “PTC Technical Support eNews & Alerts.”   If technical support has decided that the article should not be visible, I don't think it makes much sense for all users who have subscribed to support articles to be aware of it.    

Hello, I am currently using Windchill Risk and Reliability 13.0.2.1 Enterprise Edition and would like to know, if there is any way to show the part name next to the part number in the System Tree Items selection table of the Configuration definition?I only see the part number in this part/assembly selection table which makes it really challenging to find the correct parts/assemblies without seeing the part names. Windchill Help only states the following (https://support.ptc.com/help/wrr/r13.0.2.0/en/#page/wrr/ReferenceGuide/basics/system_tree_item_configurations_window.html 😞"The display field for the System Tree Items table. By default, the primary display field is Part Number, which indicates the name assigned to the assembly or part. Creo 8:  I tried this earlier, in an admittedly more tricky version, that didn't work.  P!$$ed me off, but since I was trying something new, I figured it might be buggy, but this recent example is straight up modeling/dwg that DOESN'T WORK.  I had a simplified rep in an assembly where some parts were Excluded.  I made a bunch of dwg views of that rep.  I then had to change the assembly to add some parts and fasteners for them.  the BOM changed but the views DID NOT.  I was forced to DELETE all those views, and re-add them.  TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.  I've defended Pro/E against the SW guys for 20+ years, and now I find myself questioning why I continue to do so...

PTC's sales website has zero mention of Arbortext Print Composer.  Does it still exist? Is it still available for purchase?

Hello, We have a PC which is running KEPServer EX6, but having issues connecting to the OPC server date.Errors I'm getting are as follows:Date Time Level Source Event11/12/2025 16:52:55 Error KEPServerEX\Runtime Attempt to add item 'Channel3.BottleMC3.Global.SCADA_CurrentHalfHour' failed.

In our case, we have cut to length items such as fuel hoses, plastic tubing, foam strips, edge guards, etc that are bought in bulk, then they are cut to length on the assembly line.  Today we create manual WTpart BOM's because we have not associated our CAD models to the WTparts yet, but getting ready to . I am trying to figure on how to handle the cut to length components.  Our WTpart default unit is in inches per below which is carried over into our ERP (Oracle).So I associate the CAD model to the WTpart, I am thinking it will be "image" association because the CAD model will be configured at a different routing each time.  The BOM quantity will show up as 1 instead of the required quantity (such as 30, for 30 inches of tubing).   How do I get it to show up as 30 ?Any suggestions would be great

最近、と思いますがリビジョンチェックで図面をロードする際「’TopY’という名前のパーツが一つ以上あります」というアラートが出ます。「OK」をして進み、＜比較＞を実行すると「***ロードファイルで図面がロードされていません」と表示され比較されません。対策はありますか？ Windows11 25H2Me10はV19.0なのでサポートはされておりません 

I have two similar integrals, one with sin function and one with cos function, but for some reason integral with cos causes an error, but with a sin does not. I would be very grateful for help. Integrals are at the end of the attached worksheet. I'm using MathCad Prime 11 if it matter

Anyone have experience using Jasper report dedicated queues?  I've found this link: https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/r13.1.1.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/customization/WCCG_BusLogicCust_ReportGeneration_DedicatedQueueJasperReportScheduling.htmlHowever when I follow the instructions the queues are not created automatically after restarting Windchill.  Not sure if there are other properties that need to be in place?

Are any users familiar with using G43.4 to program 4 axis Horizontal Milling Centers utilizing simultaneous 4 axis motion?  If so, can you explain the basics of how you got it to work for you? Thank you,Matt

Dear Members, I am new to KEPServerEX 6 and request expert guidance to configure Modbus RTU (RS-232) data in KEPServer, which I have been unable to achieve so far. Current Challenge At present, to bring RS-232 data into Modbus TCP/IP, I am using a protocol converter. However, this setup works only after running a Python script on the historian server that continuously sends ASCII commands (video attached) to read serial data and then pushes it back to the historian. Only then does the converter provide usable values for our Digital Data Visualization. Hello,I am experiencing an issue when browsing/importing OPC UA server tags into Kepware. Hello guys, I would like to know if it's possible to apply a filter to a specific parameter within a table, as in the following example:I have a family table of bolts that includes various diameters and dimensions. My goal is to automate the generation of the 2D drawing using the rpt region feature, as follows:The table displayed in the drawing should include only the dimensions related to a specific bolt type, filtered by diameter — the dimension is a consequence of that filter.Other diameters should not appear in the table; they must be excluded. My version: PTC CREO 10

Is there any possible way to update the "isConnected" Property (in the "Connectable" Thing Shape) from within ThingWorx?  This property/TS is part of the "RemoteThing" Template and is great for visualizing if a Thing is connected, like in Composer -> Monitoring -> Remote Things.  I'd like to extend this capability to API connections we make in ThingWorx that do not have a native ThingWorx connection or remote agent.  Essentially I have defined a "connector" Thing in ThingWorx that makes REST calls on an API via scheduler/timer; I want to utilize the "isConnected" property as an indicator of whether the API connection is "healthy."  If an API call is successful, "isConnected" would be set to 'true'; if an API call fails or has a particular error code, "isConnected" would be set to 'false.'   Is it possible to define this logic within ThingWorx, or must it be done via SDK, or some other method?

In the data logger feature, by default "Name" column is being considered as "Item ID" making difficult in database. How can i change this to "Log item Name" instead of default "Item ID"
