3D Scanning Services NEEDED

Folks,

Can anyone point me to good service organizations that do 3D scanning of physical parts? I would prefer first hand recommendations from people who have used the services of particular companies and received good clean usable models at a reasonable price. Thanks up front for your help.

    We have used Product Development Technologies on several occasions for laser scanning with good results. www.pdt.com
