Access to RUG websites for site management issues - cannot access to change or update

We are having problems (so my technical guy tells me) of accessing our website that is hosted by PTC/User. This is sizable issue for us since we believe that our user base frequents our site regularly.

Has any other RUGs technical (web savvy folks) had any problems accessing your webs through the PTC portal?
