Need a little help, Windchill 8.0

A little new to this!

I'm in commonspace and I want to "add to workspace" files. I know how to
do, one file at a time. But I want to add 27 to my workspace. What and were
is the command?

It's only available in two locations (the icon is in the search results
    section)

In the Search from ProE AND selecting a specific product

The advanced search within a specific container.

Using "Add to Workspace" from the workspace instead of Commonspace will
allow you to either search or browse for multiple items.
