Adding profiles in framework

Is it possible to add custom profiles to the framework.

The rectangular and square tubes are with rounded corners and for calculating purposes we need them to be straight.

Also for we use custom profiles for our customers.

We used the same trick in Inventor, but in Creo I don't know it this possibility is here
